# Create Reports

CAASie reporting allows you to export campaign performance data, track results over time, and schedule recurring reports to be delivered automatically by email.

Reports can be created for a single campaign, multiple campaigns, or an entire organisation (clients for agency accounts).

Note that this is in addition to the reporting available within the campaign manager.&#x20;

Note that reporting & performance metrics are also available within the campaign manager for each individual campaign.&#x20;

### Creating a New Report

To create a report, navigate to the Reports section of your account and select Make a Report.

When creating a report, give it a clear name so it's easy to find later.

You can then choose whether the report should be grouped by:

Campaign – for campaign-level performance reporting\
Organisation – for broader reporting across all campaigns belonging to your own org. or a client

If you select campaign reporting, simply choose the campaign or campaigns you would like included.

#### Selecting Metrics and Breakdowns

Reports are fully customisable, allowing you to choose both the performance metrics and the breakdowns that appear in the export.

Click on any of the available breakdowns or metrics with a green "+" icon to add them to the report. On the right-hand side, you'll see the selected attributes and can remove them by clicking on any with the red "-" icon.&#x20;

Common breakdowns include:

* By Campaign Name
* By Board
* By Venue Type<br>

Common performance metrics include:

* Total Plays
* Total Audience
* Total Cost
* AVG CPP

As you build the report, use the preview to confirm the layout and data included. If no data is showing, adjust the viewing dates to align with the campaign period/s.&#x20;

### Reusing Existing Reports

If you've previously created a report, you don't need to build it again from scratch.

Existing reports can be exported with a different date range, making them ideal for recurring monthly or quarterly reporting.

This is particularly useful for ongoing campaigns where the report structure stays the same but the reporting period changes.

You can edit your existing report configurations if needed.

### Exporting Your Report

Reports can be delivered automatically via email on a recurring schedule. If you prefer, reports can also be generated and downloaded manually whenever required.\
\
Once your report configuration is complete:

* Select the report.
* Confirm the date range to export.
* Select Download.

The report will be downloaded as a CSV file, ready to open in Excel, Google Sheets, or your preferred reporting tool.

#### Tips for Better Reporting

* Reuse existing reports whenever possible to save time.
* Use consistent report names so recurring reports are easy to identify.
* Keep a standard set of metrics for month-to-month comparisons.
* Double-check the selected date range before exporting.

A well-configured report can be reused indefinitely, making ongoing campaign reporting quick and consistent.
