# Share With Clients

Sharing information with your clients is the key to maintaining a good relationship, so we've made it easy to keep your clients informed on how their out-of-home campaigns are running.

**There are two ways to share information for a campaign:**

1. Generate a proposal for a new campaign
2. Share the live dashboard for an existing campaign

### How do I generate a proposal on CAASie?

Generating a proposal is easy. While creating a new campaign, go through the normal steps you would for your campaign, using the information you want to give to the client. At the end of the campaign wizard, before your campaign is complete, you will have a toggle option to generate a proposal. 

Proposals can be delivered with either a link or a downloadable PDF.

A proposal is not a live document. It is designed to give you the opportunity to discuss plans and strategies with your client before your campaign dates.&#x20;

You can also share a proposal version of your campaign after you have completed the campaign wizard and created your campaign. If you do not complete the campaign, it will be saved as a draft.

### How do I share a live dashboard on CAASie?

Sometimes you want to share a live update of your campaign's progress with your client.

The live dashboard is a consolidated version of your campaign dashboard, without the ability to change settings. It will give your client a clear view of how their campaign is performing over time and updates live in the same way that the campaign dashboard does.

The overview stats will feature the campaign dates, times, graph, performance, and boards selected. Because this is a live report, there is no PDF version of this available.

To share the live dashboard, click the 'share' button next to the campaign name. You will have 2 options: generate a proposal or generate a live dashboard link. Choose the live dashboard for real-time results.

### How do I share a map on CAASie?

The CAASie map is available both with and without a login. Sometimes you may need to collaborate with other parties, whether they are a team mate or a client, over placements. To make this easy, you can generate a link directly from the selection map to share with others.

Simply click the share link on the right side to generate the link.

When the link has been opened, the other party will also be able to add changes to the map selection, though they will not be able to remove existing information. Any settings, such as the map location, filter and range polygons will remain present.

Once the changes have been made, generate a new share link to send back to the original campaign manager. If you use the old link, no changes will be recorded.
