# User Profile Settings

### What is my user p**rofile on CAASie?**

You can access your user profile from the far right dropdown in the toolbar at the top of the page. This is seperate to an organisation's settings and applies only to your personal login.

Your main profile page will include a rundown of your user information, including how many organisations, teams and campaigns you are involved in. 

This is also a page where you can upload a profile photo if you want to.

### **How do I change my email settings on CAASie?**

Changing your email address will change where you receive email notifications, as well as your CAASie login information. Don't forget to save any changes.

### **How does CAASie ask for my name and phone number?**

These personal details are entirely optional. This information gives us further clarification of who you are in an organisation. We recommend using your name if possible for a clear distinction in the platform between team members.

CAASie's primary form of communication is through emails.

### **How do I change my notifications or email settings on CAASie?**

You can also change which notifications you receive from CAASie via email in case you feel overwhelmed using the toggle switches.&#x20;

CAASie relies heavily on emails for keeping you updated. Only turn off the ones you absolutely don't need.&#x20;

### **How do I change my password on CAASie?**

You can change your password in your user profile under the 'settings' tab. The option is located at the bottom of the page.

Organisations on CAASie do not have a password or email identity. Changing passwords will only affect your login details.

### How do I delete or deactivate my account on CAASie?

It is not possible to delete an account on CAASie, but you can deactivate it from your user profile under the 'settings' tab. Deactivating an account will cease all activities on CAASie from that account, so make sure you really want to.

Any credit will remain in the organisation, even if an account is deactivated. If you are the only user attached to an organisation with remaining credit, make sure you reach out to a team member at <support@caasie.co>.
