Artwork Approval Process
You can check your artwork's status approvals in the artwork tab of your campaign dashboard.
Hovering over the coloured dot will give you a rough breakdown of where your artwork is up to in the review process, including which publishers have approved or rejected your artwork.
In some cases, CAASie may be slow to update. You can click this coloured dot on individual artworks to refresh the status updates.

Some media owners do receive the artwork until the campaign is live, and it may show this status until then.

◉ Green: Media owner/Publisher has approved

◉ Red: Artwork has been rejected

How do artwork approvals work on CAASie?
Stage One:
CAASie will review your uploaded artwork first.
Once your artwork has satisfied all the relevant criteria, CAASie staff will pre-approve your artwork.
If your artwork does not satisfy all relevant criteria, you will receive an email for Rejection, outlining why your artwork does not meet the criteria.
Stage Two:
Pre-Approved artwork is sent to the publisher to be reviewed by their own policies.
The publisher's policies take priority over CAASie's policies and can't be overturned.
Once approved by both parties, your artwork will retain its approval status in your gallery. You can reuse this artwork from your CAASie gallery in future campaigns without needing to go through the approval process again.
This is also true for rejected artwork.
You will not receive an automatic email for a publisher's rejection.
