# Artwork Gallery

The gallery will automatically store all creatives uploaded to your campaigns for easy access.

You can also upload your creative directly to your gallery, however it will not be reviewed unless it is in a campaign.

Once your artworks have been through the approval process, they will either be approved or rejected by CAASie or a publisher.

Your artwork retains this status in the gallery:

* **Previously approved** artwork will bypass the review process for any publishers who have already approved it. New publishers will still need to review the artwork, but the process will be reduced to the final approval step.
* **Previously rejected** artwork will be clearly marked so you can avoid using them in future campaigns for publishers who have not accepted the artwork.

You can remove artwork from your gallery, but keep in mind that removing artwork that is in an existing campaign will also remove it from the campaign.

### How do I navigate my CAASie gallery?

* **Search Bar:** Look for keywords in the name of your artwork file. As standard practise, we recommend labelling all your files the same way as your campaign for the quickest search results and organisation.
* **Filters:** View artwork by dimensions, file type and approval status. These filters are stackable. Click to switch them on, and click again to switch them off.
* **Sorting Order:** Choose which order the artworks are displayed in.
* **Select/Deselect:** Click to select an artwork and bring up more information about the publisher who has accepted and rejected your artwork, as well as the option to delete it from your CAASie account. You can hold the shift key while clicking to select multiple artworks.
* **Artwork Approval List:** To see your approvals, after clicking on the artwork, click on ‘approvals’ for a full list of publishers who have reviewed it. Artwork is only sent to the publishers in your campaign. Any publishers that are not listed will still need to review your artwork when you add it to a new campaign.
* **Delete:** After selecting artwork, you have the option to delete a single artwork or several at a time if you have multiple selected. Deleting artwork is permanent.
