# Resolution Spreadsheet

### What is the resolution spreadsheet?

The resolution spreadsheet is a downloadable table that contains all the resolution, duration and file type information from your campaign's selected boards in one document. It's recommended to download this to give to your designer so you can make sure that all your board dimensions are covered.

### How do you find the resolution spreadsheet?

You can download this list from the campaign wizard when it requests artwork, or from the 'artwork' tab in your campaign manager.

### How do you use the resolution spreadsheet?

Each row in the spreadsheet will be a unique specification requested by the boards in your campaign.

**Information is sorted into columns:**

* Number of boards that share the same specs
* Width in pixels
* Height in pixels
* Accepted file type
* Audio support
* Duration

You may find that in some instances, the same width and height are listed in multiple rows. This will be because the file type, audio needs and/or board duration are different, even if the dimensions are the same.

There are many instances where artwork requirements may overlap. It's only necessary to provide an artwork with the overlapped requirements to cover both rows.

**Example:** 2 rows in the list need 1080x1920 dimensions.

* One row lists only static file types.
* The other lists static and video file types.

Only 1 static 1080x1920 artwork is required to cover both rows.

**Example:** 2 rows in the list need 1080x1920 dimensions.

* Both rows list only video file types.
* Neither row supports audio.
* The first row accepts a duration of 10-15 seconds
* The second row accepts a duration of 15-30 seconds.

Only 1 video in 1080x1920 with a duration of 15 seconds is required to cover both rows.
