# Ad/Artwork design - Beginner

Designing artwork for billboards is a little different from designing for social media, websites, or print.

People typically view outdoor advertising from a distance, often while moving, and only have a few seconds to absorb your message.

The most effective billboard designs are simple, bold, and easy to understand at a glance. Focus on a clear message, strong visuals, and minimal text, while ensuring important content remains clear and is legible across a range of screen sizes and viewing distances.
