A few boards available on the CAASie platform have a minimum spend restriction set by the publisher. Both on the map and in the boards tab of your campaign dashboard, any boards with a minimum spend restriction will be clearly labelled with a yellow warning. The minimum spend is a restriction that applies to the value of a campaign targeting these screens. Some publishers require a minimum spend for specific screens, and others require a minimum spend on all screens in their inventory. These minimum spends do not apply per board. You can have as many boards as you like in the same campaign. The minimum spends are enforced by the publishers. CAASie cannot bypass them. ### **How do I use a minimum spend board on CAASie?** If you do not meet these requirements, artwork submitted to these boards will be rejected or filtered by default. * Your organisation should have equal to or higher than the minimum spend available in credit. * Your campaign budget should be equal to or higher than the minimum spend requirement. In some instances, your credit may be loaded after artwork has passed through approval processes. In this instance, please reach out to our artwork team at to let them know that your account now has the appropriate amount of credit loaded so they can update your details with the publisher. ### **How do I avoid minimum spend boards?** To avoid boards with minimum spend restrictions, you can exclude the boards from the map using the minimum spend filter. Select filters - Scroll till you find 'Minimum Spends' - Toggle the switch on.
This will hide boards with minimum spend restrictions from the map for easier navigation. If you have already selected some minimum spend boards and want to remove them from your campaign, they are marked with yellow warning labels in both the map and the boards tab of your campaign manager for easy identification.
### **What is the minimum spend value?** Publishers who have these restrictions will have a different value set. This information is not currently publicly available. The publisher may increase or decrease the minimum spend restriction at any time.
