# Purchasing Credit

### How do I add credit on CAASie?

Your campaign in CAASie cannot run without first loading credit into your account.

CAASie has a couple of ways to purchase credit for your account:

* **Manual** – You can use your attached card to load a specific amount of credit.
* **Auto Top-Up** - You automatically top up when your credit is low using your supplied card.

You can top up using credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard or Amex).

For larger businesses that need a more formalised process, you can also request an invoice from our team.

### How much credit should I add to CAASie?

The minimum credit that can be purchased in a single transaction is the value of 80 in your local currency. Eg, 80AUD in Australia, 80USD in the United States, 80EUR in France, etc.

The minimum credit purchase does not reflect the minimum campaign budget, nor does it limit the amount of credit you can load in a single transaction.

Most people choose to load the whole value of their campaign, while others may choose to load credit weekly or fortnightly. Note that if your account runs out of credit before the end of your campaign, it will stop playing until more credit is loaded.

All campaigns under your organisation will be funded from your account credit.

A client organisation will only access credit loaded to the organisation. It is not possible to move credit between clients.

### Does CAASie provide invoices?

Every credit purchase will generate a tax invoice or receipt, which can be found in your organisation's dashboard in the 'Expenses & Billing' tab.

Applicable taxes are included based on your billing country eg:

* Australian accounts are charged 10% GST on all invoices.
* International accounts may not have tax applied, depending on the jurisdiction.

These invoices are generated for transactions, not for campaigns. To track the cost of your campaign, you can download a spend report to show where your credit was used. These reports are not taxable invoices.

### What currencies can I use on CAASie?

CAASie is available in many different countries across the world. When you create your account, you can choose your currency, which will be used to display prices and be the default currency purchased for your account.

In the event that CAASie does not accept your local currency, you will still be able to purchase credit in one of the available currencies using your credit card.

**Available currencies are:**

* AUD
* NZD
* USD
* CAD
* GBP
* EUR
