# Board Information

### What is the board information panel?

This is a panel that displays available information about a specific screen, including: 

* the venue, 
* location, 
* publisher/Media owner, 
* availability, 
* average cost, 
* artwork specifications, 
* and any metric data the publisher is willing to share.

You can access this panel from the CAASie map by clicking on a board card, or in the boards tab of your campaign manager by clicking the board card followed by 'see info'.

The panel will open as a scrolling overlay.

### What is the board specification spreadsheet?

Rather than opening the information panel for each individual board, it's also possible to download the specifications for all boards in your selection as a spreadsheet for easy reference.

You can download the spreadsheet from both the cart in the CAASie map and from the board tab in your campaign manager.

### Why are there multiple copies of the same board?

Because CAASie does not own any physical inventory, the artwork for your chosen boards needs to be delivered to the publisher through a channel called a 'Supply-Side Platform' or 'SSP'.

If multiple SSPs can deliver ads to a board listed on CAASie, the board may appear once for every unique SSP (typically 2-3 times) in the same location. You only need to add one of these to your campaign to deliver your ads to the board.&#x20;

### What is a board or creative template?

On rare occasions, a board may require a template to run correctly. These boards may be a single placement that covers multiple screens and requires a template for your artwork to be correctly displayed.

These boards are rare and usually listed as 'spectacular' as the venue type.
