# Campaign Tutorial - Bulk select boards (Geo-target)

{% embed url="<https://youtu.be/PWQ1KZqzyGM>" %}

The **Bulk Select** method allows you to quickly build a geo-targeted campaign by automatically selecting boards within a radius of one or more target locations.

It's ideal when you want broad coverage without manually selecting every board, or when you want to target multiple locations such as stores, venues, competitors, or other points of interest.

### Step 1: Create a New Campaign

From the side menue or th Campaigns page, click **New Campaign**.

Give your campaign a clear, descriptive name. If you're using an agency account, you'll also be prompted to select the client the campaign belongs to.

When asked how you'd like to select your boards, choose **Bulk Select**.

### Step 2: Add Your Target Locations

You can add locations in one of two ways:

* Enter addresses individually
* Upload a CSV containing multiple addresses or GPS coordinates

#### Uploading a CSV

Sample CSV templates are available for download to help you format your data correctly.

Supported formats are:

**Addresses**

* A single column containing full addresses
* Include a header named `address`
* Separate address components with commas

**GPS Coordinates**

* Two columns
* Headers named `latitude` and `longitude`

Your file **must** be saved as a **CSV file** (CSV UTF-8), as this is the only supported file type.

After uploading your file:

1. Map each column to the correct field (Address, Latitude or Longitude).
2. Select the appropriate country to improve address matching.
3. Click **Finish**.

Your locations will now appear in the list and on the mini-map toward the bottom of the page.

### Step 3: Set Your Target Radius

Choose how far from each location you'd like CAASie to search for available boards.

A larger radius provides broader coverage, while a smaller radius focuses your campaign more tightly around each point of interest.

As you adjust the radius, the board selection updates automatically.

### Step 4: Refine Your Board Selection

Use the available filters to narrow your selection.

For example, you can choose specific venue types.

As you apply filters you'll see changes in the:

* The number of selected boards
* Recommended hourly spend
* A preview of the selected inventory

If required, you can further customise your selection ("tweak selection") by:

* Excluding individual boards
* Manually adding boards outside the selected radius

Generally, campaigns with more available boards achieve better delivery than campaigns with only a small number of sites.

### Step 5: Schedule Your Campaign

Select your campaign start and end dates.

Alternatively, you can leave the campaign **Ongoing**, which is recommended if:

* You expect to make changes while the campaign is running, or
* You intend to run the campaign for an extended period.

Next, choose the times of day your campaign should run. Schedule your campaign during the periods when your audience is most likely to see your advertising.

### Step 6: Set Your Budget

For ongoing campaigns you can choose either:

* An hourly budget
* A daily budget

CAASie will recommend a spend rate based on your selected boards. For the best delivery, aim for a **Good** or **Excellent** budget score.

You can also choose whether to:

* Set a total campaign spend limit, or
* Leave the campaign with **No Spend Limit**

When no limit is set, the campaign will continue running until it is paused or your account runs out of credit.

Once your budget has been configured, review the projected campaign performance before continuing.

### Step 7: Upload Your Artwork

Upload your campaign artwork by selecting **Upload Artwork** on each specification card.

You can:

* Drag and drop files / Upload from your computer
* Select existing artwork from your gallery

Because Bulk Select campaigns often include many different board specifications, you'll likely see multiple artwork cards.

Pay attention to the **Board Coverage** indicator for each specification. This shows how many boards will use that artwork.

Specifications with low coverage may still represent important premium locations, so it's worth checking the **See Coverage** view before deciding not to upload artwork for them.

If one artwork matches multiple specifications, CAASie will automatically assign it to each compatible specification.

### Step 8: Review Your Campaign

Before finalising, review the campaign summary to confirm:

* Board selection
* Schedule
* Budget
* Artwork coverage

If you'd like to share the campaign with colleagues or clients, you can generate a proposal as either:

* A downloadable PDF
* A shareable web link

### Step 9: Launch Your Campaign

Once you've finalised the draft, you'll be taken to the campaign dashboard.

Your campaign **will not begin running immediately**.

Before it can go live, make sure:

* Your campaign has been started by pressing **Play**
* All required artworks have been approved
* Your account has sufficient credit

You can monitor artwork approval status from the **Artworks** tab, and add additional account credit from either the campaign overview or your organisation's billing settings.
