# Artworks

This is where your campaign really comes to life in all its pretty colours.

You have the ability to change, modify and upload artwork anytime, even if your campaign is already live. This flexibility helps when a campaign's goals have been changed, eg. ticket sales, extra event dates, etc.

#### **Artwork Uploader**

There are a number of ways you can add artwork into your campaign, including a bulk uploader for multiple artworks, the gallery for artwork you have previously uploaded to CAASie and the big + button under the required specifications. This button will open the upload wizard to assist with picking and choosing your artwork from your local files or your CAASie gallery.

#### **Spec Spreadsheet**

Each board will have its own specifications, but some will share similarities. In order to keep things easy and neat, you can download a list of required specs to make the most out of the least number of artworks.

#### **Hide Buttons**

Need to know which resolutions you are missing? You can use this button to filter out which sizes have already been supplied.

#### **Specification Separation**

Boards with the same spec requirements are grouped together in your campaign for easy artwork management.

The information includes the duration of the ad, the formats allowed, the dimensions required and how many boards fit into the same specification.

If you see an artwork in this section, that artwork is being sent to all boards in that spec group. If there is no artwork, it means that you have not yet supplied an artwork that matches the requirements.

#### Your Uploads

This section only displays the artwork you have used in this campaign. Here you can see all the artworks you have uploaded to this campaign, even if they are not compatible.

You can also remove artwork in this section to make organisation easier. Artwork removed from a campaign will still be available in your CAASie gallery.

#### **Warnings**

Most CAASie warnings will be in yellow to grab attention. You can expand the dropdown to find out where the artwork issues are in this campaign, for example, if your artwork has been rejected, or if you do not have enough artwork to cover all the required specs.
