# Why did my campaign stop?

If your campaign has stopped delivering ads, there are several common reasons why this may have occurred.

### Budget or Spend Limit Reached

Campaigns will stop once they reach their configured budget or spend limit.

**Where to check:** Campaign Manager → Spend control tab.

**Solution:** Increase the campaign budget or spend limit to allow delivery to continue.

### Campaign Schedule Has Ended

If your campaign has an end date, it will automatically stop once that date is reached.

**Where to check:** Campaign Manager → Scheduling tab.

**Solution:** Extend the campaign end date or start a new campaign (recommended if more than 7 days have elapsed since the end date).

### Artwork Was Not Approved

Campaigns cannot run until their ads have been approved by both CAASie and any relevant media owners. If the artwork is rejected, the campaign may stop or never begin delivering.

**Where to check:** Campaign Manager → Artworks tab. Any approval status (and rejection feedback as relevant) will be displayed against the affected artwork.

**Solution:** Review the rejection feedback, update your artwork, and resubmit it for approval.

### No Available Inventory

Your selected boards may not currently have advertising opportunities available, or your targeting settings may be too restrictive.

**Where to check:** Campaign Manager → Boards tab. Board availability indicators can help identify whether your selected screens are actively accepting ads or not.

**Solution:** Add additional boards, broaden your targeting, or include alternative screens to increase available inventory.

### Campaign Is Paused

Paused campaigns will not participate in ad auctions and therefore will not spend budget.

**Where to check:** Campaign status shown at the top of the campaign manager.

**Solution:** Resume the campaign from the campaign manager.

### Insufficient Account Credit

CAASie campaigns require available account credit to purchase ad plays. If your account balance reaches zero, all campaigns will stop automatically.

**Where to check:** Your current credit balance is displayed at the top of the campaign manager (next to your org. name) and at the bottom of the overview tab.

**Solution:** Top up your account. Eligible campaigns will automatically resume once credit is available.

### Your Bid Cap or Spend Pacing Is Too Restrictive

If your bid cap is set too low or your spend pacing is configured too conservatively, the campaign may not be competitive enough to win available ad plays. In some cases, your maximum bid may be below the minimum price required for ad play opportunities.

**Where to check:** Campaign Manager → Spend control → Bid Cap / Hourly or Daily Spend

**Solution:** Increase your bid cap, or switch to automatic bidding. Increase your pacing settings, or switch to automatic pacing.
